One system for the whole matter
A property matter runs through email, a document store, a case management system and several government websites. Lawyers spend hours moving information between them, and most of that time cannot be billed. Zetisio keeps the work in one place and takes care of the routine steps.
- Matter opening
- Opening a matter starts the identity checks, anti-money-laundering steps and terms of business, so compliance is under way from day one.
- Workflows
- Each type of matter follows a workflow template your firm controls. Tasks are assigned by role with due dates, so everyone can see what is next and what is overdue.
- Correspondence
- Zetisio connects to your firm's Microsoft 365 mailbox. Messages go out from your own address and are filed against the matter they belong to.
- Documents
- Everything filed on a matter is kept with it. Zetisio reads title registers, property forms and identity documents and points out what needs a lawyer's attention.
- Client portal
- Clients complete forms and upload documents through a portal, which replaces long email chains and retyping.
- Assistant
- Ask a question about a matter and get an answer drawn from its documents and correspondence, with a draft reply when you need one.
Security and data
A conveyancing file holds passports, bank details and purchase prices. Your compliance officer will ask where that is kept and who else can see it. The short answer: in the UK, and only your firm.
- UK only
- Your firm's database, documents and backups are stored in the UK, and every part of the service runs in the UK. Your data never leaves the country.
- One database per firm
- Each firm's matters, clients and documents sit in their own database, separate from every other firm's.
- AI that stays in the UK
- The AI runs on models hosted in the UK. Document text is not stored by the model and is never used to train it.
- Audit log
- Activity on a matter is recorded. Administrators can review the log and export it.
